Terms of Service

Invokart Terms and Conditions

Contract: Invokart will confirm the scope of work and the associated quote via email, maintaining a record for reference. We provide two months of free technical support for our services, covering any bugs originating from our work.

Browser Compatibility: All products delivered by Invokart will be compatible with the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Website development does not include SEO services. If SEO services are requested, they will incur additional charges.

Site Maintenance: Website maintenance and any additional updates requested by the client will be charged separately.

Third-Party Services: Any third-party services such as SSL, domain registration, hosting, backup services, or third-party plugins integrated by Invokart will incur additional costs.

Mode of Payment: Payments are accepted via PayPal and wire transfer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Delivery Timeline

The delivery date will be outlined in the Scope of Work or Proposal shared by Invokart. Any modifications to the functional requirements by the client may lead to additional costs and extended timelines, requiring an update to the project schedule.

Delays Due to Client Inputs

The delivery date will automatically extend by the number of days the client takes to provide necessary content, credentials, or other required resources.

Conditions for Delivery Completion

The project will be deemed delivered under any of the following conditions:

Refund Policy: As our services are provided on a post-payment basis upon completion, refunds are not available under our policy.

Other Conditions

Ensuring the hosting server meets Invokart’s specified requirements is the client’s responsibility.

Scope of Deliverables

Only the deliverables listed in the approved quote will be included in the project development. Any new features, modules, or changes beyond the initial scope will require a revised ETA and a separate quote.

Client-Provided Resources

The client must supply all required content, images, text, videos, third-party integrations, services, APIs, plugins, etc., for the project. Any associated costs are the client’s responsibility.

Content Responsibility

The client is responsible for creating and publishing content.

Delays Due to Client

Invokart is not liable for project delays caused by the unavailability or delay of required resources from the client.

Design Revisions

Two complimentary design revisions are included. Any additional revisions will incur charges.

Third-Party Software Issues

Invokart is not responsible for delays resulting from malfunctions in third-party software integrated into the project.

Domain and Hosting

The client is responsible for purchasing and providing the domain registration and hosting server needed for the final product installation.

Hosting Server Requirements

Ensuring the hosting server meets Invokart’s specified requirements is the client’s responsibility.
